Black Silicon Carbide (SiC) is produced at high temperature in an electric resistance type furnace with quarts sand and petroleum coke. Its grains are black hexagonal crystals with fragile and sharp properties. It has extreme hardness, high electric and thermal conductivity, low thermal expansion. Sinabuddy could supply different grades say 98%, 95%, 90%, 88%, etc.
