Brown Aluminum Oxide (BFA), is probably the most popular abrasive blast media. Its high hardness, angular shape and fast cutting combine to make it highly efficient and reusable. It is used for etching, paint removal, rust removal and preparing surfaces for re-coating.  Its angular shape performs well when removing heavy foreign matter and quickly cutting stone. It can be reused several times before discarding.
