Semi-friable Aluminum Oxide (FA) also called Semi Friable Brown Aluminum Oxide. It has higher hardness than Brown Aluminum oxide and higher toughness than White Aluminum oxide.
Its grain is characterized by strong self-sharpening, sharp grinding edges and not easy to burn work piece. It can be used for making Vitrified abrasive tools, Resin abrasive tools and Coated abrasives.
